I'm Dr. Kara Pepper. 

After years of burning out trying to create change within my large hospital-owned group, I left my wildly successful practice mid-career to step out on my own. 

As one of Atlanta's Top Docs, I knew how I wanted to practice medicine and how my patients deserved to be treated - but the moral injury of continuously filling the gaps of a broken system was overwhelming. 

Within two years, I grew my solo, 18-state telemedicine practice, opened a brick and mortar office, became a consultant for organizations, and started a podcast for physicians who were starting their own micro practices.  

Medicine is a team sport, and growing your own practice is best done in community.  Backed by a team of colleagues, coaches, and experts, I am committed to support you as you change the future of health care.

Kara is great! She has worked with a variety of different clients and problems, so she is able to offer coaching and advice on a broad range of topics. She doesn't just focus on self-improvement. She also helps me to recognize how the system and world that I live can be "broken" or poorly constructed, and that I can't take all of this personally and to mean that I am somehow failing. She helps you to see how you may need to "break the rules" and be a change agent for yourself (and those around you).

I loved Kara's approach to my specific needs which were always changing. There were overarching themes, but I loved the ability for us to switch gears and focus on whatever my needs were each session.
